We carry out full in depth consultations before every treatment to analyse every clients concerns and needs from this we can decide what facial will be best for you.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO HAVE A TREATMENT?

18 and over anyone under this age can still have a skin consultation but will need a parent/guardian present.

WHAT IS THE AFTER CARE ADVICE FOR FACIALS

Each treatment has slightly different aftercare advice. You will receive all aftercare advice after your treatment. If you would like it before hand please send us an email.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

We take bookings through a number of ways. You can either contact us via the contact box at the bottom of the home homepage. we also take bookings via Phone, Facebook or Instagram.

DO YOU TAKE DEPOSITS?

A £20 deposit is required when booking an appointment. Appointments aren’t secured until the deposit has been paid. If you wish to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you need to change the date/time of appointment please give 72 hours notice.

I AM WANTING TO PURCHASE A FACIAL COURSE BUT CAN'T AFFORD THE FULL PAYMENT AT ONCE. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
